We are a married couple living in South Georgia and would like to introduce you to the griddle we have designed to prepare fresh Jalapeno peppers. We have cooked peppers in different ways for years and love the flavor of the Jalapeno. We have tried the pickled and canned peppers, but always  preferred the fresh ones. In our griddle the fresh Jalapeno takes on a new and exciting spicy, yet milder  roasted flavor. Combined with the sweetness of the cheese and the saltiness of the tortilla chips, you will find  yourself addicted. Upon adding salsa or sour cream, there are no boundaries. Remember to use caution or  you just might skip a meal to enjoy a full griddle of cheese-filled Jalapeno peppers.
